WARRANTY:
All items sold by DOGBOX.ca carry the manufacturer's original warranty terms. If a product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly and obtain instructions on repairing or replacing the product. All dog boxes are warranty for 2 (two) years against defects in material and workmanship. Please contact us at customerservice@dogbox.ca if you require warranty service for your dog box.
DAMAGED PRODUCT(S):
Damaged products or items that appear to be damaged should be refused at time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages incurred while in transit, however all packages are insured with a minimum value of $100 CDN.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Paypal. For your convenience we also accept Money Orders, Bank Drafts and Certified Cheques. If paying by these methods please keep in mind that it will take longer to receive your order(s). Please print your order at the end of checkout process and mail it along with your money order, bank draft or certified cheque to:

Your order will ship immediately if in stock and once payment is received and cleared. Please allow standard delivery of 4 to 6 weeks for all dog boxes and their component parts. You may also follow up on orders by calling us at 905-789-7106 or emailing us at customerservice@dogbox.ca. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock by the time we receive payment. If the item has become "Out of Stock" we will notify you by email or phone and advise the expected "In Stock" date.
CHECKOUT PROCESS:
When you are ready to checkout you will be prompted to enter your shipping information and choose a shipping method. After this step is complete you will be forwarded to the Paypal secure payment gateway where credit card information may be entered. All credit card information is encrypted and secure. Please note; we do not retain any credit card information in our system. This information is kept in the Paypal’s database only.
